Just curious, is this feasible? I would love to see either of these islands as well as AC and area. I was wondering if there are any organizers for this and how much it would run.

You'd probably be best off flying to Honduras from the international airport. TACA goes to San Pedro Sula, and I think an airline called Atlantic still has flights two or three times a week. There's also a weekly water taxi from Dangriga to Puerto Cortes and also (I think) a weekly taxi from Placencia. Not a whole lot of traffic back and forth, though.

I would recommend the flights as outlined above, rather than water taxi. Friends of ours took it to Utila, and said it was "hair raising". Small boat....big seas....you get the picture.
