OP Marty	From Belmopan... 10:30 BZT There has been two lines of light, scattered rain, one up north one down south. . .... Cloud was streaming over Belize last night from the NE, that cool bubble area. The Caribbean E wind is predominating at Low ( Blue ) levels in the whole area, having also picked up some cool air from the cool bubble. Apart from a tiny bit of rain, today, at least early, will be predominated by large areas of cloud, later more sun.
