Question...

Does anyone know if Victoria House provides beach towells for use? I've emailed them and haven't heard back...close to packing up for our trip..and need all the room possible in the suitcase!

VH surely does have beach towels, you pick them up at the reception desk every time you need one. Have fun, we had the time of our lives there last fall right after Hurricaine Iris missed the island by a hair.....

Now, since you were so knowledgable the first time...Do you know if the beds at VH have fitted sheets? I'm a weirdo and cannot sleep without them..I drive my husband crazy getting up two or three times a night to fix the un-fitted kind! I know...I have issues...

If you're worried about fitted sheets on vacation you better make it TWO bottles. (of each)

Okay--you made me laugh! But, you made my husband laugh even more....he's the one who has to put up with my issues!

Still might pack that queen fitted sheet...laugh all you want, but I'll be comfy!

i am gonna use those space bags you can push the air out of. maybe the sheet would fit better ihn one?

I always bring my own pillow. I know what you mean about those sheets, good idea to bring your own. Does it make the house keeping people crazy too??

I stay in a BUDGET hotel and they use only fitted sheets -- I am certain that Victoria House does too.

Of course they have beach towels. It is probably one of the nicest places to stay on Ambergris!

Take along some AMBIEN! One of those, a rum punch, the sound of the carribean and palm trees blowing, and you REALLY WON"T care.

I'm jealous. I would do anything to be there enjoying every moment.
