Do two separate companies manage Paradise Villas? Tradewinds and Nellies Management? I have been in contact with Tradewinds about a rental. Are the properties in different locations or scattered on the lot?
Looking for a two bedroom unit that really is a two bedroom-not one bedroom with a futon in the living room. Do these type of lodging provide daily linens? Would there be a maintenance person or is it "we've called someone". Thanks Dave

Paradise Villas is a condo project close in to town. It's a nice location.
Rentals there are handled by more than one company, and the owners of each unit determine furnishings and interior appointments.
Inquire with each company as to their services, and about each unit as to what it has to offer.
There are both 1-br and true 2-br units at Paradise Villlas.

Yes on Tradewinds and Nellie's both managing different properties in Paradise Villas. I know Tradewinds has a map of which condos they manage.

Tradewinds does manage a 2BR condo that is poolside. However, in order to have a 2BR condo oceanside, they have 2 1BR condos - one top floor and one bottom floor, with an adjoining door. You'd need to talk to them regarding a rate. That option isn't listed on their website, but was an option when we'd discussed it in the past.

Manuel is the on-site manager for Tradewinds and is a fantastic facilitator for housekeeping, security, maintenance as well as great suggestions for things to do and see on the island. I think we had our sheets changed every other or third day - to be honest, I was out the door right around sunrise each day and was not around when they were changed =)

I have no experience with Nellie's Management or any of their condos.
