Belize NMS: Atmosphere remains somewhat moist and unstable.

24-hour forecast: Cloudy with sunny periods today and cloudy at times tonight. Showers and thunderstorms will be generally isolated today; a few more will affect the south and coast tonight and tomorrow morning.

elbert	The wind is calming but the sea state hasn't had time to follow. It's still too rough this morning in the cuts to visit the dive sites outside the reef. Marty OP	From Belmopan... 08:00 BZT Despite a fair bit of rain around, not much on Belize, some in Toledo, but that is dying out.. . . .That was caused by a small ITCZ activity down south. The Rain in Mexico is caused by that other large area where the Tropical Depression was. We are in unstable conditions, so rain could appear anywhere today, but probably very isolated patches if any at all.. . . .Probably some patches of Sun, mainly through the cloud.
