I've searched but can't seem to find the right search keywords.

As it turns out, I'll be overstaying by one day. Will I be able to deal with this at the airport or do I actually have to go to Immigration to get restamped?

Thanks in advance.

IMHO, immigration is your best bet - and remember you are supposed to do it a day before it expires ....not "on" the day.

One day before is your best bet. Immigration is playing tight to the rules since the recent scandals, none of the offices want to become the next scapegoat.

Thanks Simon. But the offices probably aren't open on weekends. So it must be OK to go in a few days before?

Going in a few days before is probably a good thing.
