We purchased a few parcels and would like to know are there any banks in Belize that offer construction loans?

There are, but you would hate the terms. On top of that, to pay one off one has to pay off the full principal plus interest amount even is you pay it off early. In the US, if you pay off a loan early, one doesn't pay off any remaining interest.
