Tropical Weather Outlook: The center of Post-Tropical Storm Arthur was located near 44.5°N latitude and 66.5°W longitude or about 50 miles NNW of Yarmouth Nova Scotia. Arthur was moving toward the NNE at 23mph with maximum sustained winds of 65mph.
Elsewhere, tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 48 hours.
