Belize NMS: Relatively moist and unstable conditions affect the country as tropical wave crosses.
Advisories: *Small Craft Caution for gusty winds and locally rough seas near heavy showers or thunderstorms.*
24-hour forecast: Cloudy at times with a few showers and isolated thunderstorms mainly in the south and along the coast this morning and then spreading inland later today. Shower activity decreases tonight.
Winds: East 10-20 knots with higher gusts near the heavier showers or thunderstorms.

Marty OP	From Belmopan... 08:00 BZT Belmopan, clear 100% Sun, no clouds visible. . ..Southern Belize a number of rain showers crossing from the Sea going inland from Stann Creek to south of PG. .. .With more rain out over the Caribbean. . . .It has been melting away as the sun has been coming up, so there is a possibility we might not get too much more rain today. There was a small area of ITCZ activity above the Belize southern border, which has been causing that rain and another line of small ITCZ over Honduras, that has allowed some rain over the Caribbean, but those are both dispersing now.
