Just built this, never used but somehow made it 3 inches too wide for the closet.

So I have to sell it.

It's made from 3/8" MDF. The bottom three sections are 8" high to fit up to 4" heels. The two top sections are 4" high to fit flats/sandals/etc. The circle is a 27" diameter. So on your closet floor if you have 12 pairs of shoes, you can put this in the closet and it will hold 30 pairs of shoes at a minimum, more of you put more than one pair per slot. It rotates so that you can spin it to optimize the space. It's light Mojito green with "Glowing Sun" edges... and no I didn't come up with those names, it's the paint colors
