Still the same misanthrope I see, Phil. There are laws in San Pedro that require you to keep your dog on a leash. I don't have it at hand at the moment but someone with such an awesome self image as you should be able to figure that out. You are one of those that simply hangs out here in order to pick fights which I presume is because you have no actual personal life. Now, go troll somewhere else.
