General Situation:
Ambergris Caye: Conditions this morning by Elbert just before or after this post!
Belize NMS: An approaching tropical wave supports moist and unstable conditions over our area.
Advisories: * Small Craft Caution for gusty winds and locally rough seas near heavy showers or thunderstorms.
24-hour forecast: Mostly cloudy with some showers and a few thunderstorms mainly over central and southern areas. Cloudy spells with some showers and a few thunderstorms mostly over the south and along some coastal areas tonight, then over most areas tomorrow.
Winds: East - northeast 10-20 knots with higher gusts near heavy showers or thunderstorms.
Marine Forecast:
Today: Winds: E-NE 10-20 kt with higher gusts; seas: Choppy- moderate. But locally rough; waves: 3-7 ft.; some showers and a few thunderstorms (esepcially south and central).
Tomorrow: Winds: East 10-20 kt.; seas:Moderate.; waves: 4-6 ft.; isolated showers or isolated thunderstorms.
Marine Outlook: Tuesday night:- Winds: East 10-20 kt.; seas:Choppy - moderate.; waves: 3-5 ft.; isolated showers or isolated thunderstorms.

General Outlook: For Tuesday and Tuesday night is for partly cloudy skies with isolated showers or isolated thunderstorms.

Tropical Weather Outlook: A tropical wave in the Central Atlantic Ocean about 550 miles southwest of the Cape Verde Islands is gradually becoming better organized and has a medium chance of becoming a tropical cyclone during the next 48 hours as it moves generally westward at 10 to 15mph.

OP Marty	From Belmopan... 08:00 BZT General high humidity air milling around over Belize Guatamala. . .. .That ITCZ activity down south of PG has merged with another one off Honduras and now spread out over most of Belize, bringing more significant rain to most parts of Belize over much of the day. There is a large area of ITCZ over the Eastern Atlantic, moving our way. . .. I do not see any rotation yet, but we do need to watch it.
