I have a "roommate from hell" situation and am desperately looking for a small, clean, efficiency or one bedroom rental. Long term.
I used to be picky and want hot water - not picky any longer!
$400-$500us range, preferably north of the bridge but ANYWHERE is fine.

Could also take a house sitting position (I have people who will vouche for me) during the months of mid September- mid November if that's an option.
