Bit of a crime issue there, with home invasions, burglary and petty theft, occurring more regularly. Nobody seems to be interested in any form of security. Criminal elements (known to police) are tolerated on the premises. No control over who uses the pool and has access to facilities.

Great place. Hope to live there one day!

I am living at the cloisters. we all know its a hot spot for petty theft like evry spot in close proximity to the bridge. I recently had a robbery throgh the 2nd floor veranda while I was bathing my daughter. they do need a few security, everywhere needs security. the facilities areonly used by residence and since lexi has taken over the property is muchbetter maintained.
