Ambergris Caye: Conditions this morning by Elbert just before or after this post!
Belize NMS: Relatively moist and unstable conditions prevail.
Advisories: *Small Craft Caution for gusty winds and locally rough seas near showers and thunderstorms.*
24-hour forecast: Cloudy skies tonight and tomorrow morning; cloudy with sunny periods tomorrow; a few showers and isolated thunderstorms will occur mainly along the coast later tonight and tomorrow morning;showers and thunderstorms will spread to inland areas tomorrow afternoon.
Winds: East - northeast 5-15 knots with higher gusts near showers and thunderstorms.
Marine Forecast:
Today: Winds: E-NE 5-15 kts. Seas: Light chop - choppy. Waves: 2-4 ft. A few showers , thunderstorms or light rain.
Tomorrow: Winds: East 5-15 kts. Seas: Choppy. Waves: 3-4 ft. Generally isolated showers and thunderstorms.

Marty OP	From Belmopan... 08:15 BZT There was some rain over night, and more coming in. ... . The upper air is not really moving much above us, just swirling up and down. . .. There was a largish area of high wet air above much of Belize over night, but that collapsed. So i am expecting today to be mainly overcast, perhaps a few sun patches later, but there is the ever present risk of Rain at any time of today, in any part of Belize . . .. That Rain moving in towards central Belize just might fade away before much of it reaches the coast. There is, by the way, a small rotating weather in the Atlantic, far away, but I expect that to not pose any risk to us.
