That Thunder & Lightning being caused by two different air masses moving over each other.
One lightning near us, either cut our power for a fraction of a second. .. .Or caused a spike, which caused all the Spike protection I have fitted on all Fridges, TV's and my Computer, to all shut OFF. . . They reconnected automatically 4 minutes later.
But that was clearly a front that went over Belize, still a fair amount of rain behind it, but I think the worst is now over.

Forecast calls for rain
It is a rainy start to the new week as moist and unstable conditions persist over our area.
The general forecast for Belize and her coastal waters is for cloudy skies with sunny breaks today.
Tonight will be mostly cloudy. Morning showers and thunderstorms in the morning will spread to most areas during the course of today.
Winds over the open sea and along the coast will be easterly at ten to twenty knots, with higher gusts. The sea state will be moderate, becoming rough at times.
A small craft caution for rough seas has been issued by the Belize Weather Bureau.
High temperatures tonight will be around eighty seven degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; ninety two degrees Fahrenheit inland and a comfortable seventy nine degrees Fahrenheit up in the hill.
The tides: there will be a high tide at 2:04 pm. A low will occur at 7:43 pm. The sun will set at 5:56 pm.
The extended forecast valid through to Tuesday is for cloudy spells with a few showers and thunderstorms over most areas of the country.
And that is a look at the weather, with information provided by forecaster Ronald Gordon at the Belize Weather Bureau.
