Depends on supplier. Sand is cheap or free from the ocean. Digging it out and delivering costs vary widely.
Can a dump truck access the lot easily?
The small operators sell by the boatload and do not track how much is in a boat adequately.

It's a deal.
You will need to pile 6 inch concrete blocks around to get correct height.
Maybe ten or fifteen.
There is no other way, don't let anyone tell you different unless they have paid someone else to fill at least a hundred lots like I have.
Sticks to show height get knocked over.
Even blocks get pushed down by wheelbarrows rolling over them.
No human can tell by eye when you reach six inches, including me.
Hope it rains during the week they fill. It will lower the sand height 25%unevenly.
Don't pay in advance for sand because you trust them. They may be frustrated by many factors during the job and find themselves in a conflict because you prepaid.
This unfortunate dispute with someone you otherwise like will be your fault because you prepaid.

Clean white sand fill will cost you 300 bzd per dump truck load. Contact Neil Bradley at Madalyn's Supply to arrange it. To get sandyish fill mixed with clay and dirt, its 250 bzd a load. Not sure how many yards a dump truck load is, probably 8 yards. I pay 50 bzd per load for them to spread it. You can get a smaller dump truck which is about 4 yards for 140-150 bzd delivered. Then the cost of spreading it.

Not in the wet season. A truck can't get in there. Neal might have a way to dump it and find guys to wheel it.
