From Belmopan...
Basically sea fog developed last night, due to the earlier clear skies, which has now been blown in over most of Belize, particularly the north and central Belize. . ..This type of fog will become elevated, so it looks like a blanket of Cloud with clear air below.. . . . There is still high level Pacific air streaming all over Central America, including central and southern Mexico. .. .So this also influences the weather, even though it is at high level, but presently. not producing any significant cloud... .. The Cold front is now nearer, but only having a small effect at present.
I expect this cloud cover to start thinning as the day warms up, so we should be seeing sun later, but I don't see rain in this, unless things change this afternoon. ... It is possible for that cold air to cause rain later, if it gets much closer.
