From Belmopan...
The cool northerly air flow is still with us and probably for several days. The Caribbean air is being pushed southwards, so is coming from Cuba NE. But the High level Pacific winds are strong from the West and helping to cause cloud over Honduras and elsewhere. The Tiger wind is still at surface, coming from the SW. All a bit complicated, cloud is developing and apparently moving from the SE, although this is not an actual air movement, just apparent cloud movement. There is probably significant rain in parts of the Caribbean off shore and Honduras, but non apparently in Belize.
I expect this present high level cloud over central and southern Belize to thin more this morning and increasing amounts of sunshine today with no or very little rain.
