Almost clear skies this morning. The sort of rotating air around Belize over night as resulted in nearly clear sky this morning.
There is right now a battle between Caribbean air and Westerly air, forming a line out in the Caribbean. There are thin clouds moving in many different directions, but the clouds over central Belize are from the SE, but allowing a lot of sunshine through. Cold air is still with us, but will be warming up during the day. I recorded 5.7mm ( ¼" ) of rain from yesterday afternoon to this morning, most during the night. But there was significantly more in other parts of Belize, particularly the hills south of Belmopan, and further south.
I expect today will be largely sunny, cool at first, warming later, but with some mid level SE clouds around, but probably no more rain.
