From Belmopan...
Strange morning, no sun, now fog ( now ), now wind, no rain, just nothing. The Caribbean air is being held back by a westerly air flow, that is actually warmer than yesterday, that is coming from Mexico and has pushed away the cold front. There is also high level Pacific winds from the WSW that every now and again snag lower air and billow up in rapid streaming ice crystal clouds, but even these have now evaporated away. The Winds from Mexico are a bit odd, coming down from the NW, but in parts almost due north and the cloud over Belize is moving towards Guatamala and allowing sun to start to come through.
I expect today will be largely a cloudy day, but sun will start to come through this morning, no rain.
