From Belmopan...
There were three significant ITCZ flare ups yesterday evening, all just after the sun had gone down, all at about the same time, one in the Pacific west of Panama, one in the Gulf of Mexico, which spread down due south augmenting the larger one occurring over Mexico, probably dumping significant rain on that part of Mexico. They died down fairly quickly, but high level cloud from the Mexican one crossed over Belize last night, thinning as it crossed so no rain for us from that. Caribbean winds are presently almost from the NE, with very little cloud. But there is cloud over Honduras, caused by the mountains and both Caribbean and Pacific winds and the height of the mountains. But some of that cloud is moving towards southern Toledo from due east, could cause some rain in Toledo today.
Today looks as if it will be sunnier than yesterday, but some cloud will build up as the day warms up, I don`t see rain.
