Fairly similar to yesterday, large ITCZ swell up around midnight in southern Mexico, which put out a lot of high cloud, which has been streaming over Belize even this morning, but thinned now, so no rain from that. The Caribbean winds from the east, but turning up northwards as they approach Belize, which I do suspect being caused by the "Tiger" winds from the Guatamala, Honduras mountains at night time, which stops the easterly wind over Belize at night time and causing that curve of cloud and clear skies over the sea off Belize.
I expect today to be very similar to yesterday, sun, cloud building this morning and thinning this afternoon, no rain. but smoke continuing from the fires around parts of Belize, such as those between Belize City and Belmopan.
White arrows being low level air movement, Blue arrows being Surface wind if different from low level.
Yellow arrows being mid level cloud movement, and Orange arrows being high level air movement.
Temperatures in Belmopan :
Today is probably going to be similar yesterday :
Sat, max 33°C 92°F Last night min 23°C 74°F ( Coast usually cooler, hills even cooler )
