Do anybody have any suggestions on where to go for long term rentals of golf carts? We are looking to rent for 12 months. Cost is obviously an important factor, but also, age of carts, and repair/service if (or considering the roads, when?) something breaks down. I appreciate any help, or suggestions

If you go to Caye Mart and talk with Mahmud, he'll give you a deal. We've been renting from him for 3 years. He's great to work with.

Be careful about Unbelizeable Golf Carts. Do NOT give them money up front for more than a month. If something unforeseen happens, they will NOT return any of your deposit. We learned the hard way last year.

Anybody else have any cost estimates for a monthly cart rental. A couple of people said it should be possible to get it for US$350/month

We rented carts from Mahmud a few times now and he is really a great guy to work with. The only way I know of getting in touch with him is on Facebook at Caye Mart. Worked for us.

Tell him you want a Club car. They handle better in the hairpins, faster straight away speeds and catch good air when you hit speed bumps at full throttle.

Just kidding of course, don't speed on the island.
