google has been handling BTL’s email since 2011, they don't want to do it anymore and BTL is looking for another company to handle it. they won’t lose any btl.net email addresses.
just some configurations will change when they get a new provider. they don’t handle it in house anymore.
make sure all your email is downloaded, they will send directions on the news settings as the time to change over draws near...

Subject: Important Customer Advisory Re: Discontinuation of BTL.net Email Service
Dear Valued Customer,
Belize Telemedia Limited (“BTL”) currently uses the Google Apps ISP Partner Edition to provide subscribers with the ‘btl.net’ email offered as an add-on to our High Speed Internet Service.
BTL has now been notified of Google’s decision to discontinue this service effective June 20, 2015. We are in the process of finding a new platform to migrate the service. In preparation for these changes, subscribers are advised to back up all emails prior to June 20, 2015. BTL is negotiating with other hosting providers and will provide full migration instructions in the near future.
Google’s decision to terminate this service was beyond BTL’s control and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We are working intently to ensure a smooth transition for all affected btl.net subscribers.
Kindly report to email@example.com if you wish to keep your inbox or have other questions.
Thank you for choosing BTL.
