The large area of very heavy high cloud has moved over and away from Belize, going up towards western Cuba as its ITCZ swell-up is causing. There is still thin high cloud over Belize and some mid-level cloud from the west. The Caribbean winds are not yet reaching Belize, having been pushed back or diverted to the north by the "Tiger" winds or lower westerlies last night associated with the rain we got over night.
I expect this morning will have a fair amount of sunshine, no rain, but later probably more cloud and the possibility of some rain. ITCZ swell-ups can develop so suddenly, and could occur as the Caribbean winds moves back on land later today.
