Hi. I am considering moving to Belize, and wanted to "dip my toe" in the water for employment opportunities on the forum. I presently live in Phoenix AZ. I have my degree in Marketing, have been a successful residential Realtor for the past 13 years, and am presently working on getting my PADI Dive Master & Instructor Certification. With these skills I'm hoping to find a dive shop that could use some marketing help and/or a dive master or instructor. I could also apply my skills in real estate and/or real estate marketing. I'm really good with people. (you have to be to last 13 years in real estate) I have been successful here in Phoenix, and looking to expand my family's world and mine, and also to get out of the desert. Was hoping to get some insight or suggestions on which path might be the best. I'm 44 but wear it like I'm 34! smile I have a 16 year old step-son in high school, so the move would have to happen after he graduates in 2 years. I also have a 5 year old that will be 7 by that time, so any good school information would be helpful as well.

Thank you,
Brian

Brian, Realestate sales are big here. An active market and lots of folks doing it but the dive industry is protected by government from non-citizens participating.
