From Belmopan...
Rain, rain, rain. I have measured 45mm ( 1 3/4" ) so far. The high level Pacific SW winds have been bring a lot of cloud over Belize all night and still doing so. The Caribbean easterly has been clashing with this and there have been quite a few swell-ups over night and this morning, causing significant, sometimes heavy rain in many parts of Belize, more so in central and southern Belize.
I expect today will continue with significant rain in central and southern Belize, I have seen some blue sky, but it will mainly be cloudy and rain for much of the day, might reduce this afternoon.
