From Belmopan...
High cloud and swell-up caused rain over parts of southern Belize last night, that has almost died out now. The easterly Caribbean wind is already blowing over the land this morning. There has been mid and high cloud swirling around over the sea just off Belize, which is still causing some significant cloud cover at present, but will thin later. The Caribbean winds are bouncing off Honduras causing a line of cloud, that could cause rain this afternoon. There has been some very heavy and significant ITCZ activity in the Caribbean north of Panama, this we have to watch, over the next few weeks.
Today looks like early cloud will thin, then white clouds build during the morning and reducing in the afternoon, there is a small possibility of the odd rain shower.
