From Belmopan...
The high north winds with large areas of cloud swept down over Honduras last night and during the early hours, formed swell-ups as it crossed the coast. These swell-ups moved along the coast towards Belize and then up the Belize coast, bringing significant rain to much of Toledo and Stann Creek areas. There is or was Invest 94L sort of developing in the Gulf, but they no longer recognise that.
I expect today to be mainly sunny after the rain down south has cleared, then white clouds building later, could still be some rain later.
