From Belmopan...
No Caribbean white clouds in view at present, but these will build later, they could even bring some rain in, as there is rain out at sea. There is quite a bit of high cloud around at present, coming up from the south, coming off Honduras, clashing with the Caribbean air and producing cloud and rain. There was a massive ITCZ well-up along the Mexican Pacific coast, which is also causing some SW air towards Belize, our surface wind is presently from the SW, until the Caribbean winds pick up during the morning. There has been rain again, all around Belize, but little or none in Belize.
I expect today will become sunnier as the high cloud thins, then white clouds developing, I just hope some of that Caribbean rain does come ashore, but it may well dry out before it gets here.
