There have been several swell-ups around, one smallish one near PG but a much larger one just off the Belize north coast line, this must have caused rain up north. But unusually, not only is the surface wind for the SW but so also are the clouds as seen in Belmopan moving from the SW, the satellite is not even showing any Caribbean winds, partly due cloud cover.
Looks like today will be largely cloudy, perhaps a little sun from time to time later, could be more patches of rain.
