That southerly high cloud is really clashing with the Caribbean winds, which really re-established yesterday evening with a front that crossed over Belize bringing rain with it to most if not all Belize over night. The clashing s continuing all over the western Caribbean, causing swell-ups, but not ITCZ type, so there can be rain in any part of Belize today. I measured over 55mm ( 2") of rain between yesterday afternoon and this morning.
Looks like today will be mainly overcast, with periods of light and periods of heavy rain, almost anywhere.
