Bleachers or stands at a guess, as they are planned to run the length of the pitch. Also recently speaking with the Town Councillor for Sports the pitch will be astroturf.

Astroturf..ugh. Will definitely be more sustainable, but SO hot!

Of course, I understand the growable alternative requires constant attention and maintenance. Yeah, like THAT’S gonna happen.

FIFA Standard Astroturf I would imagine is way way better than the crappy sports centre stuff.

They can get astroturf cheap because it has been discovered to be a known cancer causing agent. Schools are starting to pull it because of that.

So, pamkillen, in this case the cancer causing agents will be above ground in San Pedro instead of used as landfill and roadbed. at least for the time being.
