From Belmopan...
There have been significant changes in the weather, although not that obvious. The winds are from the SW, stronger than a Tiger wind, caused significant rain over night, 18mm about (3/4"). The Caribbean winds are still from the NE and with significant cloud. Last night I saw a large, broad jet of cloud moving rapidly down the north Mexican gulf coast, looks like this has brought cool air to Guatamala and Belize over night. This morning there is still blanket type cloud over most of Belize, but I am seeing a ring of cloud moving out away from Belize, usually due to high rain cloud collapsing, dotted white line. This is causing the rain off San Pedro to be moving away, out to see, there is also some rain just off PG, that might move inland.
I suspect today will look rather like yesterday, mainly cloudy, there will be some sunshine later but only a little bit of rain, and cooler than yesterday.
