3 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. orange zest
1 lb. haddock or halibut fillets


Combine all ingredients except fillets and pour over fish in glass baking dish. Cover and chill 30 minutes. (You can also make this without marinating the fish; just broil it and brush with the marinade.)

Remove fish and reserve marinade. Grill or broil fish 4-6" from heat source, turning once and brushing with marinade, until fish is thoroughly cooked and flakes easily when tested with fork, about 5 to 10 minutes.

If the fish is less than 1/2" thick, you can broil it without turning, which makes the recipe much easier! Discard remaining marinade and serve immediately.
