My wife and I are planning a trip July 2016. I have narrowed down our choices to either the Palms or The Landings @ Tres Locos, Bermuda Beach. What is everyone's opinion? Staying for 7 days.

TIA

Both are very nice but more traffic and noise at the Palms get a golf cart if you stay at the Landings, a little more distance to restaurants.

I call this the Bermuda Triangle. I was the first to buy and live at what later became Bermuda Palms. Then Bermuda Landings was built, then Bermuda Beach. At first Roger and Susan Glass (really good people)managed the rentals on all three projects; now they have two and Bermuda Palms has their own.
They are all built side by side on the beach.
It will depend on what you want and what is available.
Coco Loco bar is in front of Bermuda Palms.

They all are just across the bridge. A 5 minute walk to town.
