Will this affect incoming aircraft from Belize City? Will the outage be for the entire stated time or just bursts of outages during these times? We are scheduled to arrive around 1 pm Sunday from the US.

Power out means power out ...... Often outages last longer than planned. But essential businesses have generators.

This should not affect local airline arrivals. Hate to tell you, they use VFR so no electricity required anyway.

Lack of current can make it hard to take a shower and have wifi, but otherwise arriving should not be a problem. Enjoy the quiet and calm that a juiceless few hours presents.
