Wow!!!! So it's pretty far. I can't believe Palapa moved. Is it still the same? Still Scott and Jody?

Is the road good enough to go that far?

Palapa is actually better than before and it's still Scott and Jody. I don't believe the cart road goes that far and if it doesn't that probably means driving over turtle nesting sites so a boat is best.

A lot of the old faces still work at the "new" Palapa Bar and yes, I think it is much better. Had several great visits there and even though the Patriots didn't win in the playoffs we had a great time. The Superbowl game was great with an added feature of Kelly McGuire playing that day.

A very fun place.

I have young adults that age visit me a lot and they ALL want to be in town. You can find nice places in town where they can also enjoy the night life with out you having to worry about them missing the boat north or paying high prices for boat taxis.
Most places have rental kayaks and some even have paddle boards
