1 cup light Natural yoghurt
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 green apples diced
2 red apples diced
1 pear diced
1 chopped celery
1/2 cup almond filleted
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
2 cups seedless green grapes


In a small bowl mix all the ingredients to make the dressing:.. Yoghurt, sugar, mayonnaise, lemon juice and cinnamon.

Place it in the refrigerator while you make the salad.

Once you have all the chopped fruit in a large bowl add all the dressing and mix.
