2 chicken breasts, cubed
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 carrots cut into thin strips
1/2 red pepper and 1/2 green pepper, both cut into thin strips as carrot
3 scallions, cut into thin strips
100g sliced mushrooms
1 cup broccoli and 1 cup cauliflower, both chopped into small pieces
100g Dragon Teeth (bean sprouts)

In addition you will need:
Olive oil
1 cube Chicken Broth Bouillon


First, saute the chicken in a large skillet (if you have a wok, much better yet).

Gradually add the vegetables in the following order (leaving about a few minutes after adding each so they cook a little and get integrated with what is already in the skillet or wok): garlic, carrots, peppers, onions, broccoli , cauliflower, and finally, mushrooms and dragon's teeth (bean sprouts).

Dissolve the chicken bouillon cube in a cup of hot water and add to the mixture, add salt as you like and cook over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until you see that the vegetables are cooked.
