From Belmopan...
Yesterdays very high temperature 37°C 98°F resulted in several large ITCZ swell-ups around and on top of Belize, hence all that rain yesterday evening. That has now moved well away to the NE of Belize, although some is now swinging down south, but that is well out to sea. That is either due to high pressure over Belize now or due to the two different air masses still pushing against each other, that is the Warm tropical air from the Pacific and the Caribbean front from the east. There is another minor Caribbean front approaching, although I would rightly call that a Tropical Wave, as it is largely composed of warm wet air coming up from the Monsoon belt, in a wave. That TROPICAL DEPRESSION ONE-E is still sitting in the same place, but not sending much cloud our way now.
Looks like today will remain near windless for much or all the day, sun and cloud, making it hot and humid, presently no indication of rain, but that could change by this evening.
