From Belmopan...
That rotating cloud in the Caribbean has been crossing over Belize, it was collecting moisture from Cuba, Florida on its west side, but that was drying out before it got to Belize. Its eastern side is drawing moisture up from Panama, that is now causing rain in the Caribbean just off Belize. Some of that scattered rain was over northern Belize this morning and more is coming in right now.
Looks like much of today will be sunny, with some white puffy clouds as the Caribbean wind is back. A few areas will have some rain, some in the south, but mainly in the north this morning.
