The back end of that rotating air mass crossed over Belize last night bringing rain and lightning with it to parts of Belize. I recorded 13.5mm ( 1/2" ) in Belmopan. There is still a line of heavy rain going across central southern Belize. There is dryer air now out in the Caribbean, so that might be the last significant rain we get for a few days.
Looks like today, after the remaining rain has cleared, will be mainly sunny, with white puffy clouds.
Temperatures in Belmopan:
Today is probably going to be Similar, to yesterday :
Sat, max. 35°C 95°F Last night min. 26°C 79°F ( Coast usually cooler, hills even cooler )
