We have been in a low pressure centre and had several swell-ups along the coast. This is causing heavy rain along much of the central Belize coast line and causing lighter rain over most of central and northern Belize this morning. This cloud area is just hanging over Belize, not moving away any time soon, it made yesterdays temperatures the coldest since March. We are in the centre of that weather activity over the last week. Might ease off or clear up by this afternoon.
Looks like much of Belize will have a cloudy day for much of the day, probably some reduction of cloud by this afternoon. Rain continuing for most of the morning, not actually moving in any direction, PG & southern Belize fairly clear of this weather.
Temperatures in Belmopan:
Today is probably going to be a little warmer, to yesterday :
Sat, max. 30°C 86°F Last night min. 23°C 74°F ( Coast usually cooler, hills even cooler )
