From Belmopan...
Presently, we are well and truly in the active area, although that is mainly the outpourings area rather than heavy ITCZ active area, although there has been some of that over Toledo area, both last night and again this morning. The really heavy ITCZ activity has been over the Mexican Pacific coast line, and that might develop into another Pacific storm. What ever, it still leaves Belize in regular outpourings, which can result in rain at any time and in any part of Belize, but more so in southern Belize. There is a bubble of wet air just coming into the eastern Caribbean, which in theory could develop, but no indication at this moment.
Looks like there is both high and medium level clouds making today largely overcast and causing patches of rain, particularly southern Toledo, there could be patches of sunshine, but cloud will predominate.
