After Earl, the Twin Towns' residents are left with one bridge.....and a half. Low-lying bridge......only half there.

Meanwhile downstream, construction continues on the new bridge. This is the new highway bridge on the bypass. Will be a two lane bridge. Getting closer to completion and still standing strong after Earl.
