Well, Larry, that's a bit vague for me.

What's a JOB? (Juicy Octopus Breast?)
What is "You know what"? ....... (Do I wanna know?)

Not sure of it's name but Ian Anderson's deli in Belmopan and they regularly attend The Truck Stop Farmers Market every second Saturday or so.

pretty certain one of Ian's offerings is called "Smoked Reef Fish".....whatever that means
