From Belmopan...
There was a massive ITCZ activity over much of southern Mexico last night and a significant but much smaller one over northern Belize. There has been very significant rain over the last few hours over most of northern Belize and the coast line of central Belize, most has now dried up. But there could be more scattered rain in any part later today. There are no threats to Belize in the Atlantic at present, but, to keep the numbers up, they have named the two latest non-storm areas TS Ian out in the North Atlantic and TS JULIA because it is effecting Georgia, neither are really much of a storm.
Looks like our weather will be a mixture of sunshine and cloud, with the possibility of scattered rain later.
