1 package spaghetti
12 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tomatoes, diced
1/4 onion, sliced thinnly
1 green bell pepper cut into thin julienne pieces
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 tablespoon tomato puree
100 grams of diced bacon
In a saucepan cook the spaghetti with salt and a little oil. It should be al dente and set aside.
In the same pan that has been used, put the tomatoes, garlic, onions and sweet peppers, then put a little salt and pepper and fry a few minutes.
Add tomato paste, white wine and cover until the alcohol evaporates. When the tomatoes get soft mash into the sauce.
Add shrimp, cover with the sauce and leave to cook. If required you can add more white wine, and lastly salt. It is important that a sauce is achieved, it should not be like a soup. It should be thick so that the sauce coats the spaghetti.
On a plate place a bed of spaghetti and add the sauce with shrimp on top.
